Join the team transforming care for people with immune challenges, rare diseases, cancers, and neurological conditions. In Specialty Care, you’ll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs. 

The Senior Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the Global Rare Diseases franchise via leaders on the Global RD Leadership Team. We are committed to breaking barriers through groundbreaking science with an aim to improve the health and lives of people with rare diseases.

Provides outstanding administrative support

  • Travel arrangements – coordinate domestic and international travel needs

  • Calendar management – proactively manage Outlook calendars, resolving schedule conflicts, and prioritizing meetings

  • Expense reports – process expenses accurately and in a timely manner

  • Event coordination – arrange off-site meetings and events including venue, A/V, catering, etc.

  • Tracking invoices and purchase orders

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED and 4+ year's administrative experience.

  • Proficiency in using technology including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and others).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred or Secretarial Certificate.

  • Experience with SharePoint content administration.

  • Experience supporting senior-level business leaders in a pharma or biotech environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    High ethical standards, maintenance of confidentiality.

  • Flexibility with time, working across multiple time zones.

The salary range for this position is:

$31.32 - $41.76
