As Vidmob's Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in our finance organization, bridging operational accounting with strategic financial leadership. You'll manage our relationship with Consero (our outsourced accounting team) while taking ownership of critical financial processes. You'll help establish scalable systems and provide financial insights that support Vidmob's continued growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead relationship with Consero (outsourced accounting) ensuring quality deliverables and effective communication

  • Manage end-to-end payroll process across all entities

  • Oversee monthly close and financial reporting for US/international entities with timeliness and accuracy

  • Review general ledger balance sheet reconciliations for account accuracy

  • Develop & implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy in financial operations

  • Monitor expense requests/reimbursements and oversee sales tax calculation through Avalara

  • Lead cash flow management including cash forecasting, bank covenant compliance, and optimization

  • Drive AR collections, AP processes, GAAP compliance, annual audits/tax filings, and manage external financial relationships

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred

  • 6-8 years progressive accounting experience (2+ years in senior role)

  • Experience managing outsourced accounting providers (required) and with ASC 606 (preferred)

  • Banking/treasury experience preferred with payroll management across multiple entities/jurisdictions

  • Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (Intacct strongly preferred) and expert Excel skills

  • Strong GAAP understanding with high-growth environment experience (SaaS/AdTech preferred)

Compensation: $135,000-160,000
