We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Senior Accountant to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of our financial operations. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is confident taking ownership of key accounting processes and leading projects that enhance efficiency and compliance.
What you will be responsible for:
- Perform and review bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
- Maintain and reconcile fixed assets and prepaid schedules
- Handle complex balance sheet reconciliations, being able to research and ensuring all items are accurate and up-to-date
- Post and analyze payroll transactions (both U.S. and international) and ensure proper classification
- Support audits and tax filings, including coordination with external auditors and tax consultants
- Partner with internal teams to support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Lead or support cross-functional projects, bringing an accounting perspective to operational initiative
- Ensure a fast and accurate monthly close, with a strong emphasis on organization and attention
Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4–6+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial modeling is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
