Enverus is currently recruiting for a Senior Accountant to join our accounting team, this role can be based in the US or Canada.
Performance Objectives

• Coordinates accounting functions and programs.
• Prepares financial analyses and reports.
• Prepare cash tax payment forecasts.
• Assists with preparing and monitoring budgets.
• Maintains and reconciles balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
• Assists with annual audit preparations.
• Investigates and resolves audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
• Prepares federal, state, local, and special tax returns; along with maintenance of tax records in a organized manner.
• Prepare accounting memos in accordance with GAAP requirements.

Competitive Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work virtually with colleagues around the globe.
• Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP.

This role is eligible for: Variable Compensation
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 + 10% bonus
