As a Senior Account Manager, You’ll work with leading global enterprises, you will play a pivotal role in expanding some of our most strategic customer relationships across North America—helping global organizations turn complex data into competitive advantage.
This is not a maintenance role. It’s a growth and influence role—where you’ll partner with senior stakeholders, identify new opportunities, and directly impact revenue and customer success. This role can be placed anywhere in the US
What You’ll Do
You’ll own and grow a portfolio of 5-7 enterprise accounts, acting as both a strategic advisor and a commercial driver.
Build & Expand Relationships
Develop deep, trusted partnerships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers
Expand your network within accounts to uncover new opportunities across business units
Drive Revenue Growth
Identify, shape, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across software and advisory services
Lead complex deal cycles from opportunity creation through negotiation and close
Act as a Strategic Advisor
Align Stibo Systems’ solutions to customer business objectives
Ensure successful outcomes and long-term value realization
Own the Commercial Motion
Forecast accurately and manage pipeline with discipline
Track key account metrics and communicate insights to internal stakeholders
Collaborate to Win
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Professional Services
Engage with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and technology partners to scale impact
Stay Ahead of the Market
Bring insights on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies (including AI)
Help shape how we evolve our offerings and approach
What You Bring
You’re a commercially minded relationship builder who thrives in complex, enterprise environments.
7+ years of experience in enterprise account management or SaaS sales
Proven success in growing existing accounts and closing expansion deals
Strong executive presence with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience in industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, CPG, or Distribution
Familiarity with PIM, MDM, or data management solutions
Comfortable navigating CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and managing forecasts
Interest or experience in AI-driven use cases is a plus
Willingness to travel across North America as needed (50%+)
