Are you an experienced Account Manager ready to drive commercial success across the Americas?
We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our growing commercial team in the US. As the Senior Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping Thredd’s expansion in the Americas by strengthening client partnerships, delivering commercial impact, and applying your payments expertise to develop tailored solutions for our strategic accounts.
You’ll be at the heart of accelerating our growth across the US and LATAM markets, identifying new opportunities, deepening client engagement, and contributing to the delivery of ambitious revenue and retention goals. This role sits within our Account Management function and is pivotal to ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and continued commercial success.
What you’ll be doing as a Senior Account Manager
■ Building and nurturing trusted relationships with mid- to senior-level client stakeholders to drive satisfaction, adoption, and long-term retention
■ Serving as the primary point of contact for clients’ commercial needs, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly while aligning evolving requirements with Thredd’s goals
■ Leading Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews by presenting performance insights, analysing trends, evaluating forecasts, and aligning on client objectives and product roadmaps
■ Facilitating strategic sessions to develop Account Development Plans that incorporate client priorities, growth opportunities, and geographic expansion
■ Staying current on the payments landscape, sharing relevant insights to support strategy and thought leadership
■ Maintaining deep knowledge of Thredd’s products and confidently pitching solutions and region-specific offerings
■ Achieving commercial targets by identifying and executing cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and leading renewals and negotiations to maximise Net Dollar Retention
What you’ll bring to the Senior Account Manager position
■ Prior experience in account management within the payments industry, with exposure to the US and LATAM markets
■ Deep understanding of payments processing and the broader payments and technology landscape
■ Business-level fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese
■ Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities that enhance revenue, satisfaction, and retention
■ Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts and influence stakeholders
■ Ability to navigate challenging situations professionally and identify strategic commercial opportunities
■ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel, for reporting and client presentations
