We’re seeking a Senior Account Manager to join us in our mission to improve human health and quality of life through the development, distribution, and application of advanced computational methods.

As a member of our Sales team, you’ll be responsible for growing revenue from our software solutions and services. The role will primarily focus on biotech customers, while also supporting broader efforts across the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. We’re expanding our product offerings beyond technology-leading computational chemistry software into the areas of materials science, biologics, enterprise informatics, databases, and visualization, and the new Account Manager will play an integral part in this expansion by cultivating current customer relationships and creating new business opportunities.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with a primary focus on the biotech sector, while also engaging with pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations
  • Manage and grow existing accounts
  • Collaborate with the EU+ team to develop business and marketing strategies to target specific customer segments
  • Produce timely and accurate business reports and revenue forecasts
  • Travel to customers and conferences 

What you should have:

  • At least three years of experience in account management in the biotech and/or pharmaceutical industries selling complex software and service solutions
  • Advanced degree in life sciences (knowledge of molecular modeling is a plus)
  • Some familiarity with computational chemistry software
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in French preferred
