What will the Senior Sales Executive do: 

The Senior Sales Executive will own sales and business relationships for our North American portfolio. The Senior Sales Executive will provide origination, strategic advisory and support to facilitate FNZ successfully agreeing terms to delivery and services contracts with customers in North America. This individual will support the Head of Sales and Chief Executive Officer of North America with strategic business development. Looking for this Senior Sales Executive to leverage own network and experience to strengthen the FNZ brand and position. The Senior Sales Executive owns FNZ’s largest and most strategic sales opportunities in North America. The role is responsible for originating, shaping, negotiating, and closing complex, multiyear platform and services agreements with banks, insurers, asset managers, and wealth managers.

This individual operates at Csuite level, acting as a senior commercial advisor to clients and as a strategic partner to FNZ’s executive leadership. 

 

Additional responsibilities include but not limited to: 

  • Negotiation and business development. 

  • Steering, vendor etc committees and governance in Japan 

  • Supporting FNZ in all respects to finalise agreement(s) between our current and future clients and FNZ for the wealth management platform and services; 

  • To provide any other business support and advice as requested by FNZ from time to time 

  • Support the North America Head of Sales and CEO of North America in the process of closure of new sales by contributing to the sales process. 

  • Ensure customer satisfaction with the solution jointly with CEO and Head of Sales of North America. 

  • To be part of and support the steering, vendor etc committee as agreed. 

  • Liaise with FNZ colleagues to enhance client presentations and increase FNZ’s understanding of the North American market. 

  • Proactively suggest adaptations of the FNZ offering to tailor it to the North American market.  

What we are looking for: 

  • At least 10 years of sales experience 

  • Experience in a sales environment within financial services, wealth or asset management, dealer broker, and/or custodians 

  • Knowledge of IRA, Trust, Brokerage 

 

What are nice-to-haves: 

  • Experience selling complex front to back solutions including custody and clearing in the back and portfolio management and rebalancing in the front office  

  • Licenses
