About RiffleCM

RiffleCM is building the all-in-one platform for trade-service suppliers and installers, starting with Division 10 and expanding across commercial construction. We will streamline bidding, pricing, project management, and manufacturer connectivity so thousands of construction businesses can grow revenue and protect margin.

We’re post-alpha, moving into beta, and ready to scale. This role is critical to our next chapter.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a highly entrepreneurial Senior Account Executive as our first sales person,  who thrives in early-stage chaos, loves rolling up their sleeves, and is excited to shape the future of our sales engine from the ground up.

You’ll own the entire sales cycle from sourcing to close. One day you’ll be booking demos and chasing down prospect lists; the next you’ll be running technical deep dives with customers. You’ll be helping us refine the pitch, ICP, pricing model, and onboarding process.

This is a rare, high-ownership opportunity to sell a platform that immediately transforms how commercial subcontractors operate.

What You’ll Do

Sales Execution

  • Own full-cycle sales: sourcing, outreach, discovery, demos, technical walkthroughs, proposals, and closes
  • Act as your own BDR by building targeted lists, aggressive prospecting, and developing repeatable outbound motion alongside marketing
  • Act as your own Sales Engineer by learning the product deeply, leading high-credibility demos, and translating workflows into relevant industry processes
  • Closely partner with Product to manage pilots, help gather requirements, and close the loop user-focused feature needs
  • Build accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility for leadership
  • Hit early revenue targets in a new, underserved market segment

What Makes You a Fit

  • 3–7+ years of success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling workflow, construction tech, field service, or ERP-adjacent platforms
  • You’ve done early-stage before: Series A/B (or scrappy Seed) “roll up your sleeves” experience
  • You love owning pipeline generation; not just closing it
  • Experience selling into the trades and understanding the challenges of operating trade businesses
  • Strong product instincts and the ability to get technical when needed
  • Strong user empathy with the ability to balance sales with real customer pain-points
  • Exceptional communicator who can simplify complex workflows and inspire confidence
  • Resourceful, autonomous, and comfortable without rigid processes (yet)
  • Competitive and resilient, you enjoy winning deals in fragmented markets
  • Builder mentality: you want to help create the process, not inherit one

Why RiffleCM

  • Create the sales foundation for a company that is redefining an entire category
  • Sell into a massive market with real pain and little modern competition
  • Work directly with the CEO and founding team
  • Equity upside + competitive compensation
  • Opportunity for growth as the business scales

Compensation

  • Competitive base + uncapped commission
  • Meaningful equity in a fast-growing SaaS startup
  • Benefits package (details determined at offer stage)

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
