Datalign is an AI-native organic growth partner for wealth management firms. Since launching from Cambridge's innovation hub in 2022 with Link Ventures as our lead investor, we've helped over 100,000 Americans with more than $80 billion in potential client assets connect with 13,000 trusted advisors. Our platform uses AI to connect advisors with high-intent consumers and unlock new opportunities, and our modular suite of organic growth solutions is purpose-built for Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).About the RoleWe're looking for a Senior Account Executive to source, pursue, and close net-new partnerships with wealth management firms. This is a full-cycle hunting role: you'll build your own pipeline, run discovery, navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes, and carry deals from first conversation to signed agreement. You'll operate at the front lines of a major shift in how financial advisors grow their businesses. You'll bring analytical rigor to how you prospect, position, and negotiate, and partner with product, marketing, and analytics to turn field insight into competitive advantage. Datalign is based in Cambridge, MA. We have a hybrid policy, but for this role we're flexible on where you work and how often you're in the office, as this role involves regular travel to partners, prospects, and industry events. What You'll DoHunting & Full-Cycle Sales
