Senior Account Executive – Build the Next Era at EverOps

EverOps is not your typical cloud services firm. We’re the secret weapon behind some of the most recognizable names in tech—think Coinbase, Snowflake, Zendesk. Since 2012, we’ve helped innovative companies tackle their toughest DevOps, security and IT challenges so they can scale faster, operate smarter, and innovate without limits.

Now, we’re entering our next chapter—and we’re looking for a high-performing Senior Account Executive to help write it.

This isn’t just another sales job. This is your chance to help build a revenue engine from the ground up, sell to some of the most exciting companies in tech, and partner directly with our executive team to shape strategy. If you’ve got a hunter mentality, a knack for building trust with technical buyers, and the drive to close meaningful deals—we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with our CEO and CMO to drive and refine our GTM motion

  • Team up with our partners to identify high-potential targets

  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to close

  • Collaborate with solution architects and delivery leads to align on value

  • Be the face of EverOps to the market and a strategic partner to your customers

🧠 What You Bring

  • 5+ years as a top-performing rep in a services or tech solutions environment

  • A proven ability to sell into engineering, DevOps, or IT leadership

  • Strong consultative selling skills—you listen first, then tailor the pitch

  • A hunter’s mindset with a builder’s DNA (we’re still scrappy!)

  • You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and love autonomy

  • Bonus: You speak fluent Cloud/DevOps/Infra/IT

💸 What’s In It for You

  • Strong base + uncapped commission

  • Equity in a fast-growing, entrepreneur-led business

  • 401k with match, healthcare, and unlimited PTO

  • A professional development budget to level up your skills

  • A remote-first culture where your impact is visible and celebrated

  • The chance to shape something real—and be recognized for it

  • Location: Remote, based in the Western US near a major airport

    • Travel anticipated: 20-30%

    • Location on West Coast to ease travel and option for quick/day-trips as needed

On-target compensation is $250k–$325k

We’re not looking for someone to just carry a bag. We’re looking for someone who wants to build something legendary—with a team that’s done it before and is doing it again.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
