As a Senior Account Executive at Jiffy, you'll drive new B2B sales, manage outbound pipelines, and partner with marketing to refine sales strategies.
Jiffy is growing fast—and we’re expanding our B2B offerings for companies, colleges, and organizations who need high-quality custom apparel at scale. As an Account Executive (New Business), you’ll play a critical role in identifying, pitching, and closing new customers in sectors like corporate merch, branded giveaways, and event-based apparel.
You’ll work closely with our VP of Sales to build a repeatable outbound motion and help shape Jiffy’s go-to-market playbook for organizational apparel. This role is ideal for someone with strong industry knowledge, a self-starter mindset, and experience selling into marketing, HR, procurement, or events teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive net-new revenue by pitching and closing high-potential B2B buyers across multiple verticals
- Build and manage a robust outbound pipeline—leveraging your own network and outreach strategies
- Understand and communicate Jiffy's differentiators (fast fulfillment, deep catalog, no order minimums, real-time stock, etc.) in ways that solve customer pain
- Partner with marketing and sales leadership to refine value prop, outbound materials, and vertical-specific messaging
- Navigate complex orgs and bring in cross-departmental buyers for larger, longer-term partnerships
- Help establish outbound tools, workflow, CRM hygiene, and early sales ops infrastructure
- Provide ground-level insight into customer needs, competitive gaps, and growth opportunities
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, consumer goods, or apparel—but most important is your track record of closing
- A deep Rolodex of potential customers in corporate merch, events, higher education, or promo
- Experience in building and managing outbound motion—prospecting, pitching, and closing
- A strong communicator who’s comfortable selling to heads of marketing, HR, operations, or procurement
- Self-managing, resourceful, and relentless—you love being held to a number and exceeding it
- Able to thrive in a fast-moving, unstructured environment and shape the systems you need
- Hungry to build something new, not just inherit a book of business
- You’ll Thrive Here If You...
- Take pride in helping people get great product fast, without the usual B2B friction
- Want to be part of a small but growing sales team—and help shape the culture and standards
- Believe that trust, responsiveness, and hustle still win in B2B
- Understand the power of base hits—and how to stack them to build real, durable revenue

- Generous compensation and employer paid benefits
