Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative professional to join our team as an SEM Data Analyst. In this role, you will support energy modeling and data processing efforts across SEM teams throughout North America. This position is primarily internally focused, with occasional client interaction to gather data and provide clarification. You’ll play a key role in supporting statistical analysis and standardizing processes across international SEM programs.

- Format and manipulate production data for energy modeling.
- Analyze large datasets for consistency, accuracy, and errors.
- Integrate data into statistical software templates and support modeling workflows.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to maintain and organize database files.
- Help create and maintain standardized templates for energy modeling and program data.
- Draft work instructions for newly developed templates and processes.
- Track, edit, and quality-check final models and reports.
- Automate data processing tasks and troubleshoot Excel formulas and Visual Basic scripts.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with large datasets and statistical software.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and Visual Basic.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience creating documentation and process instructions.
- Familiarity with energy modeling or SEM programs is a plus.
Target Compensation:
$65,000-70,000.
Compensation Range
$50,755.00 - $74,400.00Currency
