Job Description

Join the LEGO® Group in Boston as a dynamic member of our Regional Commercial Development team, where you'll play a key role in bringing our beloved products to life in retail environments! This exciting position is perfect for those who thrive on variety and are eager to dive into the dynamic world of Commercial Development while helping us achieve our organizational goals.

Core Responsibilities

  • Shape the US selling-in process, translating global materials into briefs, objectives, localized assets and resource hubs.

  • Partner with marketing, retail excellence and sales teams to plan customer meetings that fit account priorities.

  • Run bi-annual kickoffs, portfolio open houses, showroom updates and virtual showroom feedback cycles.

  • Manage industry event planning, including space negotiation, budgets, trade presence and Toy Fair execution.

Regional Commercial Development sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. The team is a key enabler to unlocking pathways towards our organizational goals and ambitions. This role will give the individual in the role the opportunity to understand how the LEGO Group goes to market from the vantage point of Retail Excellence, Net Revenue Management, Portfolio Management, Commercial Planning and so much more!
Do you have what it takes?

  • Business-related degree or equivalent working experience, with interest in commercial development.

  • Experience with trade marketing, account management, sales support or event planning.

  • Comfortable translating strategy into execution, using insights and data to guide choices.

  • Able to communicate clearly in writing, in meetings and across commercial partners.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with retail math, including cost, markup, gross margin and percentage measures.

  • Curiosity to explore, experiment and learn while contributing in a team setting.

Relocation

There is no relocation budget for this role.

Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $107,885.00 - $161,827.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
