Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. seeks a Security Technology Analyst in Boston MA to assess BBH application security program and improve the overall security, quality, and resiliency of BBH applications in partnership with Development, Systems, and Internal Audit teams. Evaluate next generation security technologies to continually improve Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and implement processes in product development. Plan penetration tests to understand information security risks and identify remediation. Review application vulnerabilities at the Software Composition, Static Code, and Dynamic Code level. Use testing tools to validate application code security. Implement methodology to reduce false positives and negatives to increase accuracy of scanning tools. Work to align application security program with regulatory, compliance and audit obligations. Remote work permitted 2 days per week.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or closely related IT field, plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires 3 years of experience in conducting automated Static Code Analysis, interpreting vulnerability output report, and determining the validity of the vulnerabilities by using Open Source Vulnerability
