Job Description

We are looking for a 3rd Party and Partner Security Specialist  to join our Security GRC team in Tallinn. As Wise scales, so does our 3rd Party and Partner ecosystem. This role will collaborate with teams across Wise to help us maintain the trust of our Customers and Partners.

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the team:

  • Liaising closely with Third Party Management (TPM), Legal and Privacy colleagues to assess security risks across our 3rd Party and Partner ecosystem

  • Monitoring, reporting and sharing threat intelligence relating to Wise’s 3rd Party ecosystem

  • Helping Wise scale by collaborating with Security, IT, Compliance and Product teams to respond to Partner and Regulator assessments

  • Providing input into our annual certification audits (e.g. ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 1 & 2)

  • Supporting Legal and Business teams by providing security guidance during contract discussions, reviews, and negotiations.

You will be collaborating with stakeholders within and external to Wise so clear and concise communications are important, as is the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to varied audiences

 

  • You will have experience of performing third party security assessments, ideally in a highly regulated environment

  • You will have a broad understanding of terminology, security principles, controls and good practices across key risk domains.

  • Wise is growing and you are excited to be part of our mission. You recognise the need to be flexible and be able to adjust to new and evolving requirements.

  • You will have a strong attention to detail. Accurate information informs risk decisions by Wise and our stakeholders

 

 

Qualifications

Must haves:

 

  • Passionate about Information Security

  • Experience of performing security assessments as part of a Third Party Management process

  • Experience of performing Third Party contract reviews 

  • Working knowledge of an industry security standard such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS etc.

  • Knowledge of, and experience in Risk Management 

 

Bonus skills / experience:

  • Experience using AI to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of third party security assessments and contract reviews

  • Relevant Information Security certification/s

  • Understanding of PCI-DSS

  • Basic understanding of security in cloud environments
