About this opportunity:
We are looking for an Operations Manager to act as the right hand to the Head of Security Sweden & GFs. You will support leadership, drive selected initiatives and ensure structure, follow-up and communication across the security agenda globally, in Sweden and accross Group Functions.
What you will do:
- Support the Head of Security Sweden & GFs with decision material, follow-up and daily coordination.
- Prepare and package presentations and reports for leadership and key forums - and present them when needed.
- Coordinate input and materials from the security team and other stakeholders (e.g. Enterprise Risk, Information Security, Business Continuity, Personnel- & Physical Security and Security regulations).
- Lead or co-lead security-related projects and change activities, including planning, stakeholder alignment and implementation follow-up.
- Track actions, risks and dependencies and ensure that things move from decision to implementation and closure.
- Act as a trusted sounding board on priorities, risks and ways of working.
The skills you bring:
- Several years of experience from project management, PMO or coordination roles, preferably within security, risk, crisis management, compliance or similar regulated areas.
- Strong skills in structuring, planning and prioritizing with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable working close to senior leadership and presenting in steering groups or leadership meetings.
- Proactive, self-driven and solution-oriented, with a strong "get things done - and done correctly" mindset.
- High integrity and security awareness; comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information.
- You are curious about security and have ambitions to take on a leadership role in the future.
