Ability to build rapport with others. Able to assist lifting patients. Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time. Able to physically restrain out of control individuals. Basic computer skills which may be obtained thru on the job training. Successful completion of restraint and de-escalation training required within 30 days of hire. - High School degree or GED required. - A valid and Current Driver’s License, and satisfactory driver's record per NSMC policy, which will be reviewed annually during employee's employment.
