Job Description
Join our Chief Data and Analytics Office Product and Platform team as a Product Solutions Associate, where you will play a crucial role in defining and configuring complex solutions for our clients. Be the voice of the customer and help shape the future of data and analytics at JPMorgan Chase.
As a Product Solutions Associate, you will engage with clients across various lines of business and corporate functions to leverage our Chief Data and Analytics Office Product and Platform solutions. You will build expertise in our platform capabilities, create high-quality user documentation, and guide clients in utilizing tools to enable their data and analytics plans. Your role is pivotal in driving customer engagement and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative product solutions.
Job responsibilities:
  • Lead solutioning and adoption of client-facing products, defining optimal solutions for client needs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on products and capabilities, understanding client needs and industry trends.
  • Support product planning and team upskilling through training and collateral materials.
  • Engage with client teams to refine solutions and communicate feedback to Product teams.
  • Provide expert guidance to internal teams and clients, staying updated on technology advancements.
  • Develop and execute tailored implementation plans, tracking risks and providing status updates.
  • Maintain familiarity with project specifics to drive success and implement process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to recommend seamless customer experiences.
  • Identify risks in Data and AI/ML solutions and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Demonstrate proactive engagement in learning new features and updating customer-facing content.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and products.
  • Experience modifying preconfigured solutions for complex problems.
  • Prior experience in a highly matrixed and complex organization.
  • Experience creating technical documentation and presentations for diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with interaction with senior management.
  • Passion and motivation for constant learning.
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Ability to lead projects individually

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Knowledge of cloud data science and machine learning services.
  • Experience with tools for large-scale and distributed data analysis (e.g., Spark).
  • Understanding of capital markets, corporate finance, banking, and/or asset management.
