In this role you will:
- Drive data analysis across functional teams to identify optimization opportunities.
- Be point of contact for data related requests.
- Understand the end-to-end process flows, systems utilized, and data structures.
- Identify opportunities that can help streamline the client/advisor experience when investing in an AI product.
- Manage daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics analysis and reporting.
- Facilitate data-driven decision making across teams.
- Oversee cross-functional access management functions.
- Assist with analyzing tactical business challenges related to the Alternative Investment experience to affluent and high-value customers.
- Provide information to internal partners and external sources to further enhance the customer experience.
- Help identify control gaps and high-risk areas and create possible solutions for implementation.
- Assist with analysis to identify opportunity for process improvement opportunities within operations
- Review and analyze functional operational tasks or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, and exercise independent judgment to guide related to low-to-medium risk deliverables
- Present recommendations for resolving moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment on a full process
- Provide information, collaborate, and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals, including internal and external customers
- Research business risks, develop policies, enhance customer satisfaction and review time sensitive documents and transaction requests
- Exercise some independent judgment in understanding trade settlement workflow controls and the effects of operational breakdowns
- Support overall effectiveness of the team according to plans, monitor daily securities, and cash related production work
- Contribute and may lead implementation of projects and new or revised processes and procedures that require coordination among operation teams and perform analysis to initiatives that support business strategies and make decisions on matters with financial impact and risk
- 2+ years of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Customer service focus with experience handling transactions across multiple systems.
- Proficient with proactively sourcing, acquiring, building, and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of Alternative Investment to actively manage front office issues and escalations.
- Ability to be proactive, innovative, and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needs.
- Ability to make IS/FA calls and actively participate in the process development.
- Knowledge and understanding of retail compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention.
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
- High motivation with ability to successfully meet team objectives while maintaining individual performance.
- Ability to work a schedule that may include overtime to complete daily work.
- Maintain clear understanding of Alternative Investment Products and process solutions available to the front office.
- Continued process improvement and product knowledge.
- Adherence to Wells Fargo risk management culture.
