Job Summary

We’re looking for a proven leader in Project Management and Construction Management (PMCM) to guide high-impact projects throughout Florida. In this role, you’ll report to our Deputy Practice Leader for PMCM, Americas, and bring at least 20 years of expertise to managing contracts, driving business development, and leading diverse teams to project success. You’ll be based in Coral Gables, Fort Lauderdale, or Miami — with opportunities to connect directly with clients, visit field offices, and see your work come to life on-site.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

What You’ll Do

  • Lead PMCM projects for clients such as FDOT, Miami-Dade County, Palm Beach County, and Broward County.

  • Inspire, mentor, and manage teams delivering exceptional results.

  • Keep projects on track — on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

  • Spot new opportunities, craft compelling proposals, and present to win.

  • Partner with our talent team to bring in and develop top talent.

  • Champion safety, quality, and professional growth across your teams.

  • Stay connected to the industry through active professional society membership.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

  • P.E. license, CCM, or AIA certification.

  • 20+ years of PMCM experience, including work with local, state, and federal agencies.

  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on complex infrastructure projects.

  • A client-first mindset and a passion for creating better solutions.

  • Commitment to ethical, sustainable, and inclusive practices.

  • Familiarity with PMPs and PMGs (preferred).
