Oates Energy is seeking a professional and efficient Secretary to support executive-level staff in a variety of administrative and clerical functions.

Position Overview
As a Remote Secretary, you will handle scheduling, correspondence, and document management while ensuring smooth daily operations for the executives you support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, arrange meetings, and handle travel logistics.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Email Management: Filter and prioritize incoming emails.
  • Phone Support: Handle calls and assist with managing communications for executives.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a secretarial or administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $22+ per hour (depending on experience).
