The Secondary Marketing Analyst is responsible for registering and communicating rate lock information and pricing of all loans, selling and delivering loans that are being sold to investors, providing the investor with all required reporting, and ensuring that management obtains timely reports addressing loans originated, sold, and serviced.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Issue daily pricing
- Confirm and accept locks from all channels (retail, wholesale, correspondent)
- Monitor and perform changes to locks and rate adjustments
- Understand and communicate investor policies and requirements
- Register loans with state agencies
- Manage pipeline rate lock policy to ensure profitability in all market conditions.
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in secondary marketing and comprehensive knowledge of the mortgage business
- Optimal Blue & Encompass experience preferred
- MS Office Suite - strong excel skills preferred
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Use of financial/ qualitative data
- Analyze issues and implement solutions
- Personal organization and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills
