Education:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business or a related field required.
Overview:Kreative Technologies is looking for a Scrum Master to guide one or more Agile delivery teams. You will run Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers and help the team deliver working software every sprint.
The ideal candidate is organized, supportive and good at keeping people focused. You should be comfortable facilitating discussions and holding the team to its commitments.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- • Facilitates sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- • Removes impediments and escalates issues that slow the team down.
- • Works with the Product Owner to keep the backlog groomed and prioritized.
- • Tracks and reports sprint progress, velocity and burndown.
- • Coaches team members on Scrum practices and Agile principles.
- • Promotes collaboration between the team and outside stakeholders.
- • Encourages continuous improvement through retrospective actions.
- • Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master on software development teams.
- • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Agile principles.
- • Proficient with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.
- • Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- • Continually required to use common office equipment including but not limited to computers, phones, scanners and printers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
- • Experience supporting federal government contracts.
Compensation:$71,033 – $78,926 per year
