Position Overview
We are seeking a collaborative and organized Scrum Master to support Agile software delivery by facilitating SAFe ceremonies, serving as the liaison between business and IT teams, and ensuring product backlogs, user stories, and documentation are effectively managed. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, recommend process improvements, maintain Jira and Confluence artifacts, track team KPIs, and support roadmap development while fostering Agile best practices. Strong communication and organizational skills, experience working in diverse technology environments, and a solid understanding of SAFe Agile principles are essential. SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Practitioner certification is preferred, along with at least four years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to create systems solutions that support overall business strategies
- Write User stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Manage SAFe team ceremonies
- Function as a liaison between IT and business teams
- Understands working in different technology environments
- Maintain backlog in Jira and documents in Confluence
- Update KPIs as needed with team status’
- Analyze current processes and recommend improvements
- Experience creating diagrams and roadmaps
- Four years or more experience
- Communication and organization skills is a must
- Understanding of SAFe Agile practices
- Experience with Microsoft suite; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Certification in SAFe Agile, preferred SP or SM

The annual salary range for this position is $61,125 to $93,275. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
