Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to lead Agile delivery for enterprise supply chain initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, coordinating cross-functional teams, removing delivery impediments, and driving successful implementation of WMS solutions such as Manhattan Active WM, Manhattan WMOS, Körber (HighJump), Blue Yonder WMS, or Oracle WMS.

The candidate should possess a solid understanding of warehouse operations and be able to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and implementation partners to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
  • Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Track sprint progress, velocity, capacity planning, and release milestones.
  • Identify and remove impediments that impact team productivity and project delivery.
  • Coordinate across business, development, QA, integration, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
  • Manage dependencies between multiple Agile teams and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project risks and proactively drive mitigation plans.
  • Provide regular project status updates, sprint metrics, and executive-level reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile governance, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
  • Support UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and production stabilization activities.
  • Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing Agile team culture.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master.
  • Proven experience delivering Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation or enhancement projects.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including:
    • Inbound Receiving
    • Putaway
    • Inventory Management
    • Replenishment
    • Wave Planning
    • Picking
    • Packing
    • Shipping
    • Returns
  • Experience supporting Agile software delivery in retail, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience coordinating distributed and cross-functional teams.
