We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to help keep schedules organized across our operations. You will coordinate appointments and availability, update schedules, communicate changes, and help ensure teams have the coverage they need.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple scheduling requests throughout the day.
WHAT YOU WILL DOCoordinate schedules, appointments, and availability
Update scheduling systems and maintain accurate records
Communicate schedule changes to employees, managers, and other teams
Resolve scheduling conflicts and identify coverage gaps
Follow up on schedule requests and outstanding changes
Support managers with day-to-day scheduling needs
Previous experience in scheduling, administration, customer service, or a similar role
Strong organization and attention to detail
Good communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities
Basic computer and spreadsheet skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace
Scheduling or workforce management experience
Experience in hospitality, food service, healthcare, or retail
Familiarity with scheduling or workforce management software
$19–$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
