KATBOTZ LLC seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Cloud Finance (FI) Consultant to support implementation, optimization, and transformation initiatives within SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in financial accounting processes, SAP best practices, cloud deployment methodologies, and stakeholder management.

The consultant will work closely with business users, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to design, configure, test, and deploy finance solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Configuration
  • Lead requirements gathering workshops with Finance stakeholders.

  • Analyze business processes and recommend SAP S/4HANA Cloud best-practice solutions.

  • Configure and support:

    • General Ledger (GL)

    • Accounts Payable (AP)

    • Accounts Receivable (AR)

    • Asset Accounting (AA)

    • Bank Accounting

    • Financial Closing

    • Tax Configuration

    • Intercompany Processing

  • Configure organizational structures and financial reporting requirements.

Implementation & Delivery
  • Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops.

  • Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation.

  • Support data migration activities for Finance objects.

  • Execute unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Assist with cutover planning and production deployment activities.

Integration & Collaboration
  • Collaborate with SAP experts across:

    • Controlling (CO)

    • Procurement (MM)

    • Sales & Distribution (SD)

    • Project Systems (PS)

    • Group Reporting

    • Treasury

  • Work with technical teams on interfaces, reports, and extensions.

Support & Optimization
  • Provide post-go-live hypercare support.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and optimization initiatives.

  • Support quarterly SAP Cloud releases and regression testing.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 10+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience.

  • Minimum 2 SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation projects.

  • Strong expertise in:

    • General Ledger

    • Accounts Payable

    • Accounts Receivable

    • Asset Accounting

    • Financial Close

    • Bank Accounting

  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology.

  • Experience conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops.

  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Finance Certification.

  • Experience with:

    • Central Finance

    • Group Reporting

    • Advanced Financial Closing

    • SAP Analytics Cloud

    • SAP Fiori Applications

  • Experience in global or multi-country implementations.

  • Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and local statutory reporting requirements.
