Job Description

CSCI Consulting is seeking an SAP IBP Functional Consultant to support a Federal modernization program focused on advanced supply chain planning capabilities. This role is responsible for designing and implementing SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions that enable effective demand, supply, and inventory planning across enterprise environments.
The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions while ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and program objectives. 

Responsibilities
  • Gather business requirements and design SAP IBP solutions to meet planning and forecasting needs
  • Support end-to-end configuration and implementation across IBP modules
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet all functional and integration requirements
  • Configure and support IBP components including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, and Inventory Optimization
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and ensure solution quality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within SAP IBP environments
  • Participate in Agile delivery processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide guidance on best practices and support knowledge transfer across teams
Minimum Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with SAP IBP, including one or more of the following:
    • Supply Chain Planning
    • Demand Planning
    • Supply Planning
    • IBP for Demand
    • IBP for S&OP
    • IBP for Inventory Optimization
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating them into functional designs
  • Experience working with technical teams to validate and implement solutions
  • Experience developing and executing test plans
  • Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
  • Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional presence
Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting supply chain transformation or modernization initiatives
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA integration and data flows
  • Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
  • Strong customer and vendor relationship skills
  • Demonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies
  • Motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value
  • Past experience working with a Federal agency
  • Department of War, etc. experience is a plus!
