KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Cloud ERP Strategist to help organizations define, plan, and execute their ERP modernization journey through SAP GROW and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. This role will focus on aligning business objectives, operational processes, and technology strategies to maximize the value of cloud ERP adoption.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep SAP expertise, strong business acumen, and experience advising executive stakeholders on digital transformation, operating model design, ERP roadmaps, and cloud adoption strategies.

Key Responsibilities
ERP Strategy & Transformation
  • Develop SAP Cloud ERP transformation strategies aligned with business goals and growth objectives.

  • Assess current ERP landscapes, business processes, and organizational readiness for SAP Cloud adoption.

  • Create ERP modernization roadmaps, business cases, and transformation plans.

  • Advise clients on SAP GROW adoption strategies and implementation approaches.

  • Define target operating models leveraging SAP best practices and standard business processes.

Executive Advisory
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, business stakeholders, and transformation sponsors.

  • Facilitate executive workshops, visioning sessions, and strategic planning discussions.

  • Present ERP transformation recommendations, investment justifications, and value realization strategies.

  • Support governance structures and executive decision-making throughout transformation programs.

Business Process Optimization
  • Evaluate and recommend process standardization and harmonization opportunities.

  • Promote Fit-to-Standard and Clean Core principles within SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and business agility.

  • Guide organizations through process redesign and cloud-enabled business transformation.

Program & Change Readiness
  • Advise on organizational readiness, change management, and cloud adoption strategies.

  • Identify transformation risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

  • Support implementation teams with strategic guidance and governance oversight.

  • Ensure alignment between business priorities and implementation scope.

Market & Industry Leadership
  • Stay current on SAP GROW, SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP innovation roadmaps.

  • Provide thought leadership on ERP modernization trends and industry best practices.

  • Contribute to strategic proposals, executive presentations, and transformation assessments.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

  • 10+ years of ERP consulting, transformation, or enterprise strategy experience.

  • 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA and cloud ERP transformation experience.

  • Demonstrated experience in:

    • SAP GROW

    • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

    • ERP Strategy & Roadmapping

    • Business Transformation

    • Executive Advisory Services

    • Operating Model Design

    • Organizational Change Management

  • Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and Professional Services processes.

  • Experience engaging with C-level executives and senior business leaders.

Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Certification.

  • SAP Activate Methodology experience.

  • MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification.

  • Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

  • Experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, Consumer Products, Healthcare, or Professional Services industries.

  • Management consulting or enterprise architecture background.
