Job Description

What you'll bring

Bring your deep expertise in services architecture and SAP portfolio advisory, including the SAP Autonomous Suite. You design comprehensive business and technology scenario frameworks, govern cross-functional delivery at scale, and serve as the go-to authority on SAP's integrated IT landscape design. You bring strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and the creative thinking and learning agility to adapt as the role evolves.

  • Depth in applications architecture and the SAP Autonomous Suite, with the ability to design integrated IT landscapes that address complex enterprise transformation challenges.
  • Business acumen and client needs assessment skills that translate customer priorities into actionable architecture strategies and measurable IT outcomes.
  • Expertise in scenario testing and system implementation, enabling you to define IT end-state scenarios and govern their delivery across multi-workstream engagements.
  • Proven stakeholder management and customer interaction management skills, with the presence to build senior relationships and influence complex cross-functional decisions.
  • A hands-on approach to AI-assisted architecture decisions — you apply agentic orchestration, rapid field prototyping, and AI-assisted automation to accelerate solution design.
  • Grounding in responsible AI (RAI) design and context engineering, with the ability to assure AI output quality and embed AI adoption capability across architecture engagements.
  • A drive for technology innovation, with the learning agility to stay ahead of SAP's evolving portfolio and apply agentic AI practices day-to-day.

What you'll build

You will lead complex services architecture engagements, shaping the IT futures of SAP's most strategic customers. From advisory and assessment through to roadmap execution, you will guide customers toward integrated, digitised landscapes using SAP's latest technologies and portfolio offerings.

  • Lead end-to-end architecture engagements — from client needs assessment and current-state analysis through to the definition of IT end-state scenarios and actionable project steps.
  • Govern holistic advisory delivery across applications, industries, and technologies, driving IT pathway optimisation at scale through structured project management and cross-functional coordination.
  • Guide customers in selecting optimal SAP Solutions and Services, building comprehensive business and technology scenarios grounded in business acumen and rigorous scenario testing.
  • Cultivate senior strategic relationships with business leaders, delivering outstanding customer service through stakeholder management and customer interaction management, and co-creating long-term IT roadmaps.
  • Integrate AI-assisted automation and prototyping into architecture delivery, accelerating system implementation and embedding technology innovation throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Apply responsible AI (RAI) design principles to architecture decisions, ensuring AI output quality assurance and governance standards are met consistently.
  • Mentor services architecture professionals and lead cross-functional teams, building AI adoption capability and advancing team expertise in SAP's latest portfolio offerings.

Where you belong
