Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to oversee the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical teams, ensuring alignment with best practices, and delivering scalable solutions to meet business needs.

The role demands a combination of strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce products and architecture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience

· 6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and administration.

· 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role.

Technical Expertise

· Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.

· Strong knowledge of Salesforce Public Sector Cloud.

· Strong knowledge of Salesforce products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

· Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and third-party tools.

· Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.

Must-Have Skills

· Business Solutioning (Expert)

· Data Modeling (Capable)

· Public Sector – General Experience

Good-to-Have Skills

· Sales Cloud

· Service Cloud

Certifications (Preferred)

· Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II

· Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect

Onsite 4-5 days per week in our Boston office
