Responsibilities

·        Lead end-to-end Salesforce Field Service implementations, including architecture design across Work Orders, Assets, Scheduling, Mobility, Inventory, and Technician Enablement.

·        Architect scalable, API-driven integrations between Salesforce and ERP, billing, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, asset systems, and middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, OIC), ensuring clear system-of-record alignment.

·        Define and govern technical architecture standards, including clean-core principles, data models, event-driven frameworks, integration sequencing, and DevOps strategy.

·        Drive pre-sales solutioning: lead RFP responses, architecture design, effort estimation, risk identification, assumption documentation, demos, and executive client presentations.

·        Provide strategic advisory to clients on Field Service operating models, workforce optimization, automation, AI-readiness, and enterprise service transformation roadmaps.

·        Lead and mentor distributed development and integration teams, establishing code quality standards, architecture review governance, and issue resolution frameworks.
