Designs and maintains automated testing frameworks for Salesforce and integrated enterprise applications. Develops tests for Lightning UI, Apex workflows, Salesforce Flows, APIs, and integrations; performs functional and regression testing; validates customizations; supports CI/CD and DevOps; manages defects; and develops quality strategies. Collaborates with product, engineering, architecture, business, and release teams in Agile ceremonies while using AI to improve test design, edge-case discovery, result analysis, and root-cause investigation.

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Automation QA Engineer to design, develop, and execute automated testing solutions for our Salesforce platform and integrated enterprise applications.
This role will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, DevOps, and Release teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, integrations, and custom applications.
The ideal candidate has strong expertise in:
● Salesforce platform testing
● UI and API automation
● Test strategy and quality engineering
● Agile delivery environments
● Enterprise integration testing
● Leveraging AI to generate test cases, identify edge cases, analyze test results, and accelerate root cause analysis to improve test design, automation development, and defect analysis.
Key Responsibilities
● Design and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for Salesforce applications.
● Develop automated test scripts for:Lightning UI, Apex-driven workflows, Salesforce Flows, APIs and Integrations.
● Validate Salesforce customizations
● Execute Functional & Regression Testing
● Validate API & Integration Testing
● Offer CI/CD & DevOps Support
● Create test & quality engineering strategies
● Manage defect (log, track, validate)
● Partner with Product Owners, Salesforce Architects, Developers, Business stakeholders, Release managers
● Participate in all scrum rituals.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
● 5+ years of QA automation experience
● 4+ years of Salesforce testing experience
● Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities
● Experience testing Lightning Experience applications
● Strong API testing skills
● Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Desired Technical Skills
● Understanding of Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/ Experience Cloud/Salesforce Flows/Apex basics/Validation rules/Profiles and permission sets/Salesforce security model
● Experience with tools like Selenium Webdriver, TestNG, Provar, Postman
● Experience leveraging AI to generate test cases, identify edge cases, analyze test results, and accelerate root cause analysis to improve test design, automation development, and defect analysis.
