Salesforce QA Contractor (Part-Time / Contract | $40–$50/hr)

Naveris is a privately held, commercial stage, precision oncology diagnostics company dedicated to improving outcomes for the millions of people at risk of developing viral-induced cancers by developing novel molecular diagnostics that enable earlier cancer detection. Our flagship product, the NavDx® test, is used in routine clinical practice by thousands of physicians across the U.S. to monitor for molecular residual disease (MRD) of head & neck and anal cancers caused by the human papilloma virus. The NavDx test has been designated an Advanced Diagnostic Laboratory Test (ADLT) by CMS. Naveris operates high complexity testing clinical laboratories that are accredited by the College of American Pathologists and the New York State Department of Health Wadsworth Center and are certified under CLIA.
OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce QA Contractor to support testing, data integrity, and project delivery initiatives. This role will play a key part in ensuring system reliability, improving data quality, and helping our team deliver projects on time and with confidence.
This is a contract role with flexible hours, ideal for someone experienced in Salesforce environments and test automation tools such as AccelQ.
Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance & Testing
- Create, maintain, and execute test cases in AccelQ
- Develop automated and manual test scenarios for Salesforce workflows and enhancements, specifically for Salesforce Flows
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into structured test plans
- Identify defects, document findings, and track resolution through completion
- Support regression testing during releases
Salesforce Data Integrity & Auditing
- Conduct regular data audits within Salesforce
- Support data cleanup initiatives and enforce best practices
- Validate data accuracy during migrations or system updates
- Recommend process improvements to prevent future data inconsistencies
Project Support
- Assist in meeting project deadlines by ensuring thorough testing coverage
- Assist stakeholders with testing activities and coordinate documentation of final sign-off
- Communicate testing status, risks, and blockers clearly
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, data, and technical teams
Required:
- 2+ years of Salesforce experience (admin-level familiarity preferred)
- Experience with QA processes and structured test case creation
- Hands-on experience with AccelQ or similar test automation platforms
- Strong understanding of data quality best practices
- Experience reconciling duplicate records and performing data cleanup in Salesforce
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
Preferred:
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau
- Familiarity with code analysis tools like Clayton
- Highly organized and process-oriented
- Analytical and detail-driven
- Proactive communicator
- Comfortable working independently
- Deadline-focused and accountable
- 6 month contract role; 30-40 hours per week
- $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience
- Hybrid/onsite (preferred) or remote
