Day in the Life of a Program Manager
The Program Manager is the most senior level of Project Manager at Neocol, responsible for overseeing and driving complex, multiple workstream programs across clients and internal teams. This role is designed as a pathway to the Engagement Director role, offering the opportunity to gain strategic, client-facing experience and play a key role in high-impact initiatives.
As a Program Manager, you will own the execution and delivery of large-scale projects, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology solutions, and cross-functional teams. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, manage multiple workstreams, and contribute to strategic decision-making, preparing you for a leadership trajectory within the company.
Program Leadership & Execution
- Lead and manage large-scale, complex programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and resources, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Drive program governance, risk management, and issue resolution while maintaining alignment with client goals.
- Collaborate closely with Engagement Directors, Solution Architects, and Business Analysts to execute strategy.
Project Management
- Coordinate client communications and with Neocol team resources accordingly.
- Work with internal and Client team members to successfully achieve project objectives
- Work with Neocol Project Managers to share resources across projects and maintain forecasts
- Clear and effective communication on risks, scope changes, and an understanding of change management techniques and processes
- Proper escalation and support provided for internal resource needs and oversight
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring program success and long-term client satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with client stakeholders.
- Lead program status meetings, steering committees, and executive updates to ensure alignment and transparency.
Continuous Improvement & Pathway to Engagement Director
- Identify opportunities for process automation, AI integration, and efficiency improvements.
- Lead internal strategic initiatives, such as refining project delivery methodologies and best practices.
- Gain experience in business strategy, solution design, and account management, positioning yourself for the Principal Consultant role.

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Project/Program Management experience (and/or combined relevant experience) delivering Salesforce or technology projects in a consulting capacity.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing), data migrations, and integrations.
- Experience managing multi-phase, multi-stakeholder programs across global teams.
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to drive program-level strategy, governance, and risk mitigation.
- Strong background in agile, waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certifications.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Billing Specialist.
