We are looking for a product designer who can own the product experience, shape product direction, and move the product forward with clarity and speed. This role goes far beyond UI. You will synthesize customer feedback, define product and UX specifications, influence technical architecture, and help prioritize what matters most for customers and the business.

What you will doOwn product design, end to end- Own the UX and product design across Flosum’s platform (DevOps, Backup, Data, Security).
- Design workflows that are simple, intuitive, and enterprise-grade.
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across all products and surfaces.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, prospects, internal teams, and usage data.
- Synthesize fragmented input into clear insights, patterns, and priorities.
- Translate feedback into concrete product and UX specifications.
- Create detailed UX flows, wireframes, interaction models, and design systems.
- Clearly document what we are building, why, and how it should work.
- Partner with engineering to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and well-architected.
- Work closely with product and engineering leaders on system design and architecture decisions.
- Understand platform constraints and opportunities.
- Help shape solutions that balance UX quality, performance, security, and scalability.
- Help prioritize features and improvements based on customer impact, business value, and effort.
- Bring structure and focus to a complex product surface area.
- Push for high standards, urgency, and continuous improvement.
- Set and maintain a high design standard across the company.
- Proactively identify product gaps, UX debt, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Act as a product thinker, not just a designer.
