Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement the Salesforce development lifecycle, including best practices, QA, and code reviews.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions on Salesforce.com and the Force.com platform.
- Serve as the escalation point for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and solution design.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and communicate technology roadmaps.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing technology tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo).
- Contribute to the strategy and roadmap for sales systems to provide a competitive edge for the business.
- Break down complex business problems into actionable technical tasks.
- Resolve Salesforce-related support tickets and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Research, prototype, and implement new Salesforce features, apps, and integrations.
- Stay current on Salesforce and Force.com trends, advising leadership on future opportunities.
- 6-8 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience in a complex, fast-paced environment (enterprise software preferred).
- Salesforce-certified professional with deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Enterprise, and Lightning.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and integration tools such as MuleSoft or other iPaaS platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design and optimize business processes across multiple systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business stakeholders.
- Proven track record of working independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, IT, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance short-term requests and long-term project deliverables.
- Detail-oriented and process-minded, with the ability to produce high-quality technical and business documentation.
- Experience working directly with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations teams.
- Passion for coaching and team development.
- Familiarity with tools in a modern sales/marketing stack (e.g., SalesLoft, ZoomInfo).
