This is a remote position.
Design and deliver high-quality solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, balancing declarative vs. programmatic approaches and ensuring performance and reliability.
Build with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL and unit tests with solid coverage
Apply platform limits best practices; optimize queries and governor usage
Integrations (REST APIs, Platform Events); error handling and observability
CI/CD and environment strategy across sandboxes and production
Code reviews, standards, and technical documentation
Collaborate with Admins, QA, and business for clear requirements and delivery
Requirements
- Must-Have Qualifications
3+ years of Salesforce development
Proven LWC + Apex experience (including tests)
B2–C1 English
Certification: Platform Developer I (PD-I)
Platform Developer II , Experience Cloud, event-driven architectures
