JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Salesforce Data Analyst & Administrator to manage our Salesforce environment while providing data-driven insights that support growth, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making. This role blends Salesforce administration, advanced Excel analysis, and trend monitoring to help leadership understand what’s happening in the business—and what’s coming next.
What you’ll Drive:Salesforce Administration
Administer and maintain Salesforce CRM, including user setup, permissions, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across Salesforce.
Support sales, operations, and leadership teams with Salesforce enhancements and troubleshooting.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
Data Analysis & Trend Monitoring
Analyze business, sales, and performance data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and risks.
Create and maintain recurring reports and dashboards that track KPIs, performance metrics, and growth indicators.
Monitor trend lines over time and provide clear insights and recommendations to leadership.
Microsoft Excel & Reporting
Use advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and data modeling) to analyze and present data.
Build clean, easy-to-understand spreadsheets that summarize complex data.
Support forecasting, performance tracking, and ad-hoc analysis requests.
Collaboration & Communication
Present insights in a clear, concise way for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, operations, and leadership teams.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting, automation, and data visibility.
What you’ll Bring:
2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables.
Proven ability to analyze data, monitor trends, and identify growth patterns.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Experience building dashboards and reports for leadership teams.
Familiarity with forecasting, KPI tracking, and performance analytics.
Experience supporting sales or operations teams.
