About Madison Ave ConsultingMadison Ave Consulting is a Salesforce consulting partner specializing in innovative solutions for clients across industries. We’re looking for an expert Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Consultant to lead a critical reporting project for our Client Services Team.
About the RoleWe’re seeking a Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Consultant to design, develop, and automate dashboards that replace existing Salesforce reporting and third-party tools. The role will focus on building scalable CRMA dashboards that provide executive-ready insights and automated client reporting.
This project is central to enhancing visibility for both internal leadership and external stakeholders while eliminating reliance on legacy systems.
RequirementsResponsibilities
- Design and build reusable Salesforce CRMA dashboards covering KPIs such as burn rate, utilization, resourcing, and project health.
- Configure automated weekly reporting via Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA).
- Implement Slack/email workflows for pre-send review and approval within CRMA.
- Ensure dashboards can be cloned and parameterized by client/project ID.
- Deliver training and documentation for ongoing Salesforce CRMA usage.
- Partner with leadership, consultants, and client stakeholders to refine requirements.
- Salesforce CRMA dashboards for project utilization and contract KPIs.
- Automated email distribution of CRMA dashboards on a weekly schedule.
- Pre-send review workflow (Slack/email integration).
- Training materials to enable reuse and maintenance across Salesforce projects.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) dashboard design, automation, and parameterization.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and integration with CRMA.
- Experience distributing dashboards via Salesforce CRMA to external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Slack/email integrations tied to Salesforce CRMA workflows.
- Ability to produce executive-ready visualizations in Salesforce CRMA.
- Strong communication skills to work with leadership and client executives.
- Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) certification(s).
- Experience with professional services KPIs and reporting in Salesforce CRMA.
- Consulting background delivering Salesforce CRMA dashboards to clients.
- Complete elimination of Cloud4J through Salesforce CRMA.
- Dashboards delivered with ≥95% success on scheduled weekly cycles.
- Ability to configure Salesforce CRMA dashboards for new clients within 1 business day.
- Positive feedback from internal and external stakeholders on dashboard usability.
