As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be instrumental in projects, serving as a vital link between our clients' business goals and our technical delivery team. You will work closely with clients to understand their complex business problems, conduct in-depth analysis, and offer expert advice to implement the right solutions for their needs. Your role will focus on translating business needs into innovative technical requirements and user stories that guide the development of solutions on the Salesforce platform. This position requires a sophisticated blend of business acumen, client-facing communication, and deep functional knowledge of Salesforce to ensure the solutions we build deliver true value and uphold AVIO's standard of excellence.
Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to translate their business goals into technical requirements
- Provide client support by answering questions, researching solutions, and fostering open communication with the project team
- Contribute to project delivery, including progress tracking, change control, and the overall governance process
- Conduct in-depth technical business process analysis to help AVIO design reliable solutions
- Develop and execute system testing and User Acceptance Tests
- Gather requirements and write user stories from the business perspective
- Write and edit program and system documentation, user manuals, and training materials
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a project management or business analyst role within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Business acumen, the ability to understand business processes in multiple industries
- Significant experience in an Agile environment and a solid understanding of Salesforce best practices
- Knowledge of Salesforce functionalities and understanding of when custom code is needed or when configuration is more appropriate
- Familiarity with iterative development methodology tools and techniques
- Experience with Atlassian tools for knowledge base and project management (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Fluent English proficiency, highly skilled in business communications and presentations
- Salesforce Admin or other Salesforce Associate certifications are preferred but not required
