THE OPPORTUNITY

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for managing the scale, maintenance, and improvements of Salesforce and its associated integrations. This role will partner with business stakeholders to identify system gaps and define optimal configuration of our current technology stack in alignment with business needs as we scale. The role combines strategic responsibilities with hands-on technical work and the maintenance of critical reports and dashboards to ensure short and long term scalability.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gather requirements from business stakeholders and refine into actionable items for technical development or research
  • Develop and implement Salesforce changes that deliver a solution to business problems
  • Understand business and technical priorities and ensure alignment with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
  • Understand our Salesforce data points and their impact on data dependent processes, automation, and analyses
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and align release schedules for process improvements 
  • Provide support to team members on overall system design, integrations and enhancements

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-6 years of experience implementing, configuring, and managing complex Salesforce environments
  • Experience with standard Go-to-Market tools such as Apollo.io, Marketo, Salesforce CPQ, and Tableau/CRMA
  • Knowledge of Salesforce object schema with the ability to build reports or query data using SOQL
  • Experience analyzing large data set using Excel or Google Sheets and conducting imports into Salesforce
  • Problem solving and analytical skills in relation to user processes and system gaps
  • Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate complex information to audiences at all levels of the organization

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with FedRamp or Salesforce Government Cloud 
  • Experience with Salesforce Event Monitoring
  • Prior experience working at a hypergrowth startup
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to set proper time and resource expectations with stakeholders



COMPENSATION INFORMATION: 

In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.​
