*Responsibilities

Champion of Intermediary Salesforce instance on behalf of the business. Incumbent will translate business requirements between the business and Information Technology, leveraging his or her knowledge in financial services CRM best practices. This includes recommending and leading enhanced design, tools and training. Individual will recommend CRM tools (development/App Exchange, etc.) that align with firm strategy.

Acts as the "voice " of the user community to ensure tool continually meets firm needs. Includes leading steering committee for ongoing assessment of features with proactive recommendations. As the role sits in the business, the Manager is attuned to the distribution strategy and effectively communicates system benefits for ongoing utilization/adaption.

Partner with Reporting & Analytics team to ensure data is optimized in dashboards to create an environment where Sales Management and Senior Management can reinforce sales practices or coach team(s). Individual will create dashboards, advise management on activity trends and highlight both key performance indicators and leading indicators to optimize sales efficiency.

Ongoing consultative resource for future development of tools that optimize business processes and drive momentum on continued utilization, including onboarding new hires to Salesforce instance. Individual will be known as the go-to, trusted partner that can answer questions in a timely manner.

Relevant Experience Required 2+ years.

Solid analytical problem solver with the ability to drive tech adoption and results, includes strong presentation skills (may present to groups of 50+).

Ability to understand and communicate technology as it relates to the business; may require ongoing product or system certifications.

Experience in providing accurate, timely & responsive services on complex problems. Seen as trusted, go-to resource.

Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within the department and across business functions.

Ability to communicate technology related information, enhancement options and clearly detail implementation processes to varying audiences.
