As a Salesforce Administrator, you will manage day-to-day platform operations, ensuring the Salesforce environment runs smoothly and supports evolving business needs. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for user management, security, data management, automation, and reporting across Salesforce environments. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders across departments to understand business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and drive continuous improvement of the platform.
- Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security controls.
- Configure and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, record types, flows, validation rules, and automation.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards.
- Manage data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication.
- Manage third-party integrations from the AppExchange, ensuring seamless functionality with other business applications.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and release management.
- Provide end-user support, training, and adoption strategies.
- Collaborate with consultants and developers for enhancements and integrations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative configuration tools
- Experience with Salesforce security settings (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
- Experience with data management and reporting
- Understanding of CRM processes (Sales, Service, Marketing)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Certification in Salesforce Administration is required
