Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Work within a project team to translate user stories into Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct training and provide support to users to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Create and update Salesforce objects, data models, roles, profiles, security settings, and sharing rules.
- Build and manage flows, process builder processes, approval processes, and workflow rules.
- Build reports and dashboards to track user performance, activity, and systems adoption.
- Perform data migration, data mapping, export and import data.
- Use Salesforce Cloud Products, as well as third-party apps from the AppExchange, as needed.
- Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and system configuration.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Salesforce experience.
- 1+ years of consulting experience.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Revenue Cloud or Field Service Lightning.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage last-minute, urgent requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce Admin Certification, Advanced Admin or other certifications are a plus
- Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, including Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flow, and Security Model.
- The candidate is required to collaborate effectively with a global team.
- Familiarity with Agile project management and tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.

- Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with DevOps practices.
