Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionalities.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
- Experience with Jira and integrating it with tools like Salesforce.
- Excellent skills in user management, data management, and system configuration.
- Ability to create custom reports and dashboards to provide insightful metrics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Process Builder, Workflow Rules) is a plus.
