What You'll Do:
Owns the end-to-end Salesforce user experience for the sales and account management organization through the configuration, design, functionality, and end-user support of the Salesforce platform, including SalesCloud and MarketingCloud.
Actively engages with business stakeholders to gather & analyze requirements and propose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality. Translates approved solutions into actionable deliverables, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency.
Partners with organization leader to document and manage the evolution of the overall Salesforce architecture ensuring scalability, performance and alignment with organizations direction and business objectives.
Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Legal to automate high-friction manual tasks, including the use of AI automation. Emphasizing the reduction in clicks and redundancy.
Manages the integration of applications connected to Salesforce.com, including but not limited to ZoomInfo, Microsoft Teams, Sales Navigator, and more.
Leads data governance initiatives that underpin our reporting and sales forecasting, delivering a transparent and actionable view of our global sales to the executive suite.
Supports the Enterprise Team (Sales Operations, Marketing, Solution Development, Operations) in cross-functional projects and strategic changes to systems and processes.
Trains sales and account management teams to utilize Salesforce and other related tools through best practices including distribution of created or obtained training materials.
What You Need:
Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in a sales-focused environment
Advanced skills in Salesforce, including Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience working for a service provider or SaaS technology company strongly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and efficiency software such a Microsoft Team and Zoom.
Advanced skills in Salesforce, including Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Working knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI; Claude or similar AI tools, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CLM systems, and Salesforce DevOps tools
