ABOUT THE ROLE

 

Teikametrics is looking for an experienced account manager to help lead our Managed Services offering for brands and sellers on Amazon & Walmart. This role will work with account managers, operational specialists as well as new and existing customers to translate their advertising goals into winning better performance on Amazon & Walmart. 

 

Finally, we’re delighted that this position can be based out of Boston, Seattle, or remotely across the US.

 

Responsibilities

    • Lead Teikametrics’ Managed Services Offering: Shape the goals and metrics we use to monitor the performance of this offering for our customers. 
  • Connect with Technology: Help bridge the gap with our proprietary tools and other applications to enhance the customer experience.
  • Strategy: Create tactical media plans and strategy decks for proposals. Outline test and learn plans, develop an optimization framework, and standardize reporting/measurement plans and processes.
  • Build Meaningful Client Relationships: Structure weekly client engagement and create meaningful analyses and reports to support clients' business goals. Develop strong relationships with all clients. 
  • Drive client strategy from data: Source and analyze data through the use of tools such as SQL and Excel to provide services as needed. Develop insights into brand performance that are not readily evident. 
  • Be an Expert in Amazon, Walmart, Paid Search Advertising: Stay apace with new direct marketing innovations coming out of Amazon and guide clients through adoption. 
  • Be the voice of the customer: Collect and deliver meaningful and structured customer feedback to drive improvement of the offering. 

  

Requirements 

 

  • Strong quantitative skills, a passion for data analysis. 
  • Superlative communication skills with deep proficiency in professional writing, data presentation, and attention to detail. 
  • Creative thinkers to develop client strategies and improve internal processes
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce
  • Preferred, Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Dedication to continued education and learning to keep abreast of the ever-changing Amazon landscape.
