As the Sales Process Analyst, Sales Systems you will be part of an exciting Sales Systems and Solutions team with business responsibility for TripAdvisor's use of Salesforce.com and other sales systems, as well as the supporting Sales processes and methodologies. You will be critical in ensuring our sales teams have the best processes in place to execute at a higher level. We will rely on you to make sure we’re maximizing efficiencies and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of Salesforce.com, based on our various user stories and user group feedback. The Inside Sales Process Analyst will have excellent business acumen and strong communication skills, as you’ll interface daily across our sales, marketing, engineering, accounting, and customer service departments. You be will be the “go to” for day to day Inside Sales users in North America – driving adoption, translating business needs, documenting requirements, creating training materials, executing operational activities, and more.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive initiatives on the Salesforce.com enhancement roadmap for TripAdvisor’s global Inside Sales organization, including larger projects, small enhancements, and bugs
  • Proactively seek out and identify needed system and process improvements across multiple internal business organizations
  • Develop and implement best practice processes and sales methodologies within the scope Inside Sales and their use of Sales systems, initial focus being Salesforce.com
  • Work with other Power Users to modify the system to increase benefits and usability
  • Develop and maintain globally standard list views, reports, dashboards, campaigns, and other Salesforce functions to streamline GTM activities for Inside Sales
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing of new releases for Inside Sales, including enhancements and bug fixes
  • L1 Ticket support for incoming bugs and process questions from Inside Sales
  • Manage operational data quality, migration, and maintenance
  • Monitor all leads, opportunities, accounts, and contacts as appropriate
  • Monitor and improve data quality - heavy emphasis on ensuring data quality
  • User assistance, training, adoption, and satisfaction
  • Create and provide trainings to existing or new users
  • Bonus points for an SF Admin that will leverage their analytical skills and market insights to create actionable sales strategies and ongoing forecasting / attainment reports

What You Will Bring to the Team:

  • 3+ years of Sales systems administration and Sales process management
  • In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce.com, and experience successfully expanding on those capabilities through customizations and integration with external systems
  • In-depth knowledge of best practice Sales processes, with an emphasis on Inside Sales
  • Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard Salesforce.com reporting functionality
  • Previous re-engineering experience updating an existing Salesforce.com configuration to provide solutions for reporting, workflows and enhanced functions
  • Strong problem solving skills, data and software applications
  • You will apply strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to provide insights to non-technical audiences
  • You have relentlessly high standards, and are never satisfied with the status quo. You will drive your own career progression.
  • Professional maturity required along with great people and relationship skills.

Bonus Points if you:

  • Have experience with Enterprise and Commercial Sales organizations and their use of Sales systems
  • Have experience with Zuora, ORMB, and ExactTarget
  • Have experience building sales territories
  • Have experience working for B2B SaaS company
  • Have working knowledge of SQL and other programming languages
